7 Tips On How to Make the Perfect Jollof Rice

1. Parboil your rice or wash raw rice till water runs clean.

2. Use both fresh and tinned tomatoes

3. Fry your stew base

4. Use chicken or meat broth

5. After adding the broth to the stew base, allow it boil before adding the rice.

6. Cook rice on medium to low heat
