What to Make This Weekend: Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water
2-inch piece ginger root, thinly sliced
1 lemon, sliced

Directions:

1.     Boil water.
2.     Remove boiling water from heat.
3.     Add sliced ginger and lemon to hot water.
4.     After 20 minutes, strain and add honey (optional)
5.     Serve warm or cold
