My Top 4 Ghanaian Delicacies

I love my food to be attractive, delicious and memorable; so memorable that I would want to return to that place over and over again for another food hunt. Below is a list of my top 4 Ghanaian delicacies to try out in Nigeria.

This is a popular Ghanaian food is Nigeria, made from fermented maize and sometimes cassava into dough, served with stew and grilled Tilapia.
This used to be an every Sunday food for me until I started gaining weight. It is a combination of beans and rice served with a special stew.
This is similar to our dodo but the difference is that this is fried plantain seasoned with spices and fried in hot oil. It is a wonderful side dish to our Nigerian Jollof rice.
